Join us and our neighbors at Current Wellness for a Sunday Funday Dance Fitness class right here in the shop! Before we open, their instructors will lead you through their 'Immerse' dance class for all bodies and all levels. No dance experience necessary, as you will be able to pick up the choreography as you go. This class is also incredible for folks who are looking to gain confidence through movement. Come ready to sweat! And stay for a glass of wine, beer, or wine cocktail, or non-alcoholic beverage afterwards - included in your ticket!
