Second Course: Winemaking Women of the World

In this unique Second Course, we’ll focus on the women around the world – domain owners, winemakers, or both – who are making a lasting mark on the wine business. For far too long, women were excluded from the profession by tradition, circumstance, or both, but these trailblazers are changing these old notions and making exceptional wine.

Led by one of our own in-house women wine professionals, this one-and-a-half-hour interactive session will walk you through how to analyze and describe wine, the basics of reading a wine label, and understanding the language of wine so you can feel more comfortable ordering your favorite bottle out to eat or shopping your independent wine store shelves. Feel free to ask questions, anything and everything you’ve ever wanted to know about wine.
