Second Course: Wines for the Grill
Join us for a special edition of our Introduction to Wine just for Memorial Day Weekend. In this one-and-a-half-hour interactive session we'll walk you through how to analyze and describe wine, the basics of reading a wine label, and understanding the language of wine so you can feel more comfortable ordering your favorite bottle out to eat or shopping your independent wine store shelves. We will be focusing on wines to pair with classic meat and vegetables coming hot off the grill. So, whether you are getting out of town or sticking around for a ‘staycation’, this is a great opportunity to learn and stock up on some bottles to have with flame broiled favorites.
