Second Course: Blind Tasting

One of our certified wine instructors will guide through the methodical dissection of wine, an exercise typically reserved for wine professionals. In each 1-hour blind tasting experience, we analyze three wines as we guide you through the fun and challenging activity of analyzing wine with no knowledge of the producer, region, or grape. Challenge your palate and assess the way a wine looks, smells and tastes wine with no preconceived notions. No experience necessary!
