We are back again for France and Fondue!

THE IMPORTER
Joining us will be UVA Imports and their Director of Education, Stephen James. UVA Imports, for over a decade, has been working with family-oriented producers who "favor conscious engagement with their work, respect the ecology of their vineyards, and maintain balance between innovation and tradition." Their French portfolio focuses on different regions, styles, and expressions of winemaking.

THE FONDUE
Elevated wines deserve elevated food and as part of the private tasting you'll enjoy a classic, in-house French fondue appetizer to start your evening. The fun and fanciful flavors of crispy bread and other accoutrements dipped into melted cheese will be a delicious launching point to discuss the wonderful food pairings to enjoy with these wines.
