ABOUT THE ARTIST
"Born in Racine, Wisconsin, my artistic journey began 25 years ago when I declared 'Artist' as my kindergarten career aspiration. Early on, I left trails of blue paint across our house at age 4, foreshadowing the creative chaos that would become my signature. At 10, photography captivated me, leading to couture photoshoots by 16 and a portrait business. Though I started in art school for photography at 18, my heart shifted to painting, with watercolors becoming my medium of choice and my first gallery show at 19.
Life then led me into the corporate world, changing majors, and exploring diverse roles. Throughout, my passion for art never faded. Now, after navigating twists and turns, I return with renewed fervor for artistic expression. My work defies boundaries, inviting you to explore unconventional narratives and immersive experiences.
Circleback Studios, my creative sanctuary, embodies the resilience of my journey—a continuous loop of growth, setbacks, and resurgence, symbolizing a commitment to my true calling"

ABOUT THE COLLECTION
"In the End We're All Fruit" is an art collection inspired by the charming idiom from the movie "My Big Fat Greek Wedding." This series explores the universal human experience through a vibrant array of textured watercolors. Each piece delves into themes of identity, personal stories, and the common threads that bind us all, much like the idea that, despite our differences, we are all part of the same human family
Stop by tonight to grab a glass, some charcuterie, and view the gallery throughout the green room and the shop for the month of September!
