About the Winery

Blair’s outstanding Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines from their ancestral homeland have garnered the attention of acclaimed Burgundy importer Becky Wasserman, as well as many Burgundy-philes across the country. His intent focus on keeping the terroir of the region front and center shines in the benchmark 2015 vintages that you will be able to taste with the winemaker. They’re exceptional representations of their respective places of origin throughout Burgundy, from the humble Burgundy appellation to some of the most coveted of Premier Cru wines. These dinners are hallmarks of restaurants in cultural benchmark cities like New York, LA, and Paris, but here in Raleigh it is a unique experience for us to be able to welcome a Burgundian winemaker to our burgeoning food scene which includes the locavore centric Mandolin – a staple of seasonal and sustainable Southern cuisine downtown.chef fowler
